A retail center anchored by Walmart Neighborhood Market has been proposed in the Naranja area of southern Miami-Dade County.
Coral Town Park LLC, owned by Maurice Cayon and Carlos Herrera Jr. in Miami Lakes, filed an application with county officials on April 12 to build the 57,000-square-foot shopping center. The 6.9-acre has an address of 14325 S.W. 268th Street (Moody Drive), but its main access point is at the southeast corner of U.S. 1 and Southwest 264th Street. It’s currently vacant.
